        Screens and shades are not available on this product. Lineart is highly recommended. Award is etched from the back.

        Due to the nature of the materials and the variance in manufactured products, we cannot guarantee exact matches within orders or on repeat orders. Like-named colors in different materials may not be an exact color match. In our continuing effort to improve our products, we reserve the right to change specifications without notice.

        Typestyles with fine lines or serifs do not reproduce well at smaller sizes with laser etching. Block type such as Helvetica is recommended. Laser etching produces varying shades depending on the base material.

        PROOFING

        You will receive a .pdf proof of your artwork within 24 to 48 hours of completing your order. In the vast majority of cases you will receive your proof within 24 hours.

        FILE FORMATS

        While we can work with virtually any file format, best results are usually obtained with a vector .ai, .eps, or .pdf file. (We do not accept .pub files.) Please remember to outline all fonts and embed all images.

        FONTS

        If you require a specific font in your design, please let us know which font you need or attach the font file with your order. If you do not have the font file, our Art Department has a large library of fonts and can usually match the font in your artwork.

        GRAPHIC DESIGN

        Prices shown include preparation of a simple design using text only, or generating a proof using your supplied logo or design in an appropriate digital format. If a more complex design is required, layout is billed at $85 per hour or quoted on
