Custom Crafted Medallions are created with the use of silicone molds and centrifugal force. The process costs less than other casting and molding processes while retaining quality. Artwork will reproduce best on custom crafted medallions if kept simple without small details. Custom crafted medallions are made with a zinc alloy. The natural zinc finish has the look of silver. Brass-plated zinc has the look of gold.
Imprint Areas DQC Medallion (Small Round): .625" diameter. ERDQC Medallion (Long Rectangle): 1.75" x .4375". QC Medallion (Large Round): 1.25" diameter. RQC Medallion (Rectangle): 1.5" x 1.0625". SQC Medallion (Square): 1.25" x 1.25".
