PROOFING

You will receive a .pdf proof of your artwork within 24 to 48 hours of completing your order. In the vast majority of cases you will receive your proof within 24 hours.

FILE FORMATS

While we can work with virtually any file format, best results are usually obtained with a vector .ai, .eps, or .pdf file. (We do not accept .pub files.) Please remember to outline all fonts and embed all images.

FONTS

If you require a specific font in your design, please let us know which font you need or attach the font file with your order. If you do not have the font file, our Art Department has a large library of fonts and can usually match the font in your artwork.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Prices shown include preparation of a simple design using text only, or generating a proof using your supplied logo or design in an appropriate digital format. If a more complex design is required, layout is billed at $85 per hour or quoted on a per design basis.

Production Time

Production time is approximately 5-7 working days depending on quantity, number of imprint colors and availability of stock. Production does not begin until we have received approval of artwork proof and payment. Working days do not include weekends or holidays. Production time does not include shipping time. Production times shown are not guaranteed. Specific shipping dates must be confirmed with our Customer Service Department.

Cancellations

There will be no cancellation charges if the order is canceled before the artwork is started. There will be a $25 charge if the order is canceled after the art has been completed. An order cannot be canceled if it has entered production.
