Aqueous coating is a water-based, fast-drying and protective coating available in three finishes. Gloss Aqueous coating is the most popular option used and creates a shiny appearance. Satin Aqueous coating creates a smooth look and is recommended for creating a readable image. Matte Aqueous coating creates a softer finish with a dull look and is recommended for items with lots of copy or fine detail. Aqueous coating protects against fingerprinting and is recommended for a quality look and finish. It must be applied to the entire folder and cannot be used for spot coverage.
