        SPECIAL NOTES

        Due to the absorbent nature of the coaster, one and two color imprints are recommended. 50% of the coaster must remain unprinted as shown in the product images. One of our design experts would be happy to review your art prior to printing.

        The price includes full-color printing on the front of the coaster. There is no additional cost to add the planting instructions to your artwork on this side. The second side can be printed with the planting instructions and/or your custom artwork for an additional cost. Please contact us for details.

        If you are including the planting instructions in your design, they must be included in the artwork you submit so that we know where to place it in relation to your custom imprint. We recommend this text although you may alter it to match your message or design:

        This handmade seed paper is embedded with annual and perennial wildflower seeds. Soak the paper in water overnight. Cover with a thin layer of soil and water daily until seedlings are well established. Germination time is 1-3 weeks.

        Second side printing, individual cello bags, eyelets and ribbons are available. Please call for pricing and details.

        PROOFING

        You will receive a .pdf proof of your artwork within 24 to 48 hours of completing your order. In the vast majority of cases you will receive your proof within 24 hours.

        FILE FORMATS

        While we can work with virtually any file format, best results are usually obtained with a vector .ai, .eps, or .pdf file. (We do not accept .pub files.) Please remember to outline all fonts and embed all images.

        FONTS

        If you require a specific font in your design, please let us know which font you need or attach the font file with your order. If you do not have the font file, our Art Department has a large library of fonts and can usually match the font in your artwork.

        GRAPHIC DESIGN

        Prices shown include preparation of a simple design using text only, or generating a proof using your supplied logo or design in an appropriate digital format. If a more complex design is required, layout is billed at $85 per hour or quoted on a per design basis.

        Production Time

        Production time is approximately 5-7 working days depending on quantity, number of imprint colors and availability of stock. Production does not begin until we have received approval of artwork proof and payment. Working days do not include weekends or holidays. Production time does not include shipping time.
