        SPECIAL NOTES

        Made from natural pulpwood, which is derived from a Spruce or other soft wood suitable for making paper. Due to the natural fibers the coasters may appear to be more off an off white instead of a true white.

        Exact color match cannot be guaranteed with full-color printing. Due to the uncoated and absorbent nature of pulpboard material, imprint colors may appear muted. This soft look is not considered a defect.

        Disclaimer on printing two-sided designs: Two-sided designs may not line up head to head, and this not considered a defect. If artwork requirements need two sides to orient in a specific manner, please contact your dedicated account manager.

        PROOFING

        You will receive a .pdf proof of your artwork within 24 to 48 hours of completing your order. In the vast majority of cases you will receive your proof within 24 hours.

        FILE FORMATS

        While we can work with virtually any file format, best results are usually obtained with a vector .ai, .eps, or .pdf file. (We do not accept .pub files.) Please remember to outline all fonts and embed all images.
