These unique plastic cups are made of durable yet flexible plastic which allows them to be printed in full color on flat sheets and then shaped into a cup. While more durable and reusable than disposable soft-sided cups, these cups do not have the bulkiness of molded stadium cups. Flat plastic sheets are printed on a Heidelberg® and KBA UV lithographic printing presses at over 300lpi (second order stochastic screening) for a print quality that far surpasses old style cup imprinting methods. Flat printed plastic sheets are die-cut to the characteristic "fan-shape" sidewall form needed to manufacture the cup. Using our custom engineered cup machinery, the flat printed and die-cut sheet is wrapped into the basic cup shape, the bottom is placed and sealed, and the top lip formed - all this at speeds over 140 cups per minute.
Top rack dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend product life. Exact color match is not guaranteed. Not intended for hot drinks or microwave use.
Lids and plastic straws are sold only in FULL cartons of 1000.
Most drinkware is measured as filled to the brim. Stated ounces are intended to show approximate volume of drinkware, and are not an implied guarantee of exact volume.
While we can work with virtually any file format, best results are usually obtained with a vector .ai, .eps, or .pdf file. (We do not accept .pub files.) Please remember to outline all fonts and embed all images.
More information about file formats and preparing your artwork can be found in our FAQs.
