Tattoo instructions come standard on the back of each tattoo. Personalizing the back of your tattoos with a custom black imprint is available at no additional charge.

White Imprint Information White ink effects can be added for FREE with designs that require a light or white background.

No White: The design area is transparent (the white tattoo paper backing is visible) but will transfer clear on the skin and be skin tone.

Spot White: White ink is only printed in specific parts of the design. For example eyes will actually look white when transferred, but no white will be behind the design.

Flood White: White covers the entire image (not the background) and once transferred looks more brilliant in color because the layer of white makes the image more opaque.

The other companies required 1/4" margin on a 1.5" x 1.5" tattoo. This meant the image area was only 1" square with a lot of nothingness around it.

The length of time may vary, depending on how and where the tattoo is applied. To make the most out of your tattoo, be sure to apply it to clean, dry skin that is free of oil, lotion or makeup. Try to choose a smooth, hair-free area of skin that doesn't crease or stretch when you move. Also, the tattoo will last longer if it is applied to a part of your body that doesn't rub against straps or clothing.

BEST ANSWER: Flood white is when the entire tattoo image has a layer of white behind the colors. This procedure enhances the vibrancy of colors, as well as showing white areas of your artwork as white instead of clear.

BEST ANSWER: Spot white is used when only the white areas of your artwork will have white ink. Your skin color will not show through when applied as those areas will appear white on skin. Any area in the artwork that does not have white will appear clear on skin. White ink cannot be applied to our Prismfoil, Glitter or Sugar tattoos.

BEST ANSWER: For easy tattoo removal we suggest rubbing the tattoo with baby oil or rubbing alcohol and a clean cloth since temporary tattoos are resistant to water and soap.

BEST ANSWER: First, remove the clear, protective top sheet. Next, place the tattoo in the desired area, with the image side facing your skin. Then, press a wet towel, paper towel, or sponge to the back side of the tattoo for 30-60 seconds. Last, slowly remove the paper backing from skin and allow the tattoo to dry before touching or covering it with clothing.

The product is extremely well done. The photo and print are very crisp full of color. They seem to hold up a very long time. The kids really love them. Watch the shipping charge closely
My custom Tattoo is in a word AWESOME! I search for awhile before I found a company that would print with white ink as part of my design. The turn around time was average and the shipping time was also. The cost of shipping was a bit high I cannot remember the exact number but somewhere in the $23 to $26 range to ship 1000 1.5" x 1.5" tattoos. That aside, my experience was excellent. It was easy to upload my image, easy order, it was even easy to ask a question when it arose. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable. The product itself looks great on all the kids hands and they love it. Five stars for the tattoo. 3.5 stars because the shipping was crazy. I would have walked based on the shipping but they did print in white and it was a necessity.

Size is deceptive
I ordered 1.5" but that wasn’t the size of the art— it is the size of the art plus the space to the edge and the paper itself. So I expected the tattoos to be 1.5" when applied and instead they are more like 1.15" which at that size feels pretty tiny. The art should be 1.5" not the paper it is on. Who cares about the paper?

Hi Thomas, thanks for the feedback. You are correct the tattoo material is a 1.5" square, and depending on your custom design all of the available space may not be used, and if your design is on a clear background there will most likely be some space around the edges to prevent the design from being cut off in the trimming process. However if a customer chose to flood the entire piece with a background color the resulting tattoo would measure 1.5" x 1.5".
