        SPECIAL NOTES

        Two sided banners are available for an additional charge; however, we recommend one sided printing only for full clarity of imprint.

        Kit includes: Pole, Grommet Hardware, and Outdoor Ground Spike. 4-Leg Scissor Base & Water Ballast is a support option ideal for indoors (or as additional support for the ground spike outdoors) and may be added for an additional fee.

        These Banners are able to withstand winds up to 20 mph.

        Please Note: If this product is intended for outdoor use, we recommend adding the Metal Spike Base to firmly secure in the ground.

        PROOFING

        You will receive a .pdf proof of your artwork within 24 to 48 hours of completing your order. In the vast majority of cases you will receive your proof within 24 hours.

        FILE FORMATS

        While we can work with virtually any file format, best results are usually obtained with a vector .ai, .eps, or .pdf file. (We do not accept .pub files.) Please remember to outline all fonts and embed all images.

        FONTS

        If you require a specific font in your design, please let us know which font you need or attach the font file with your order. If you do not have the font file, our Art Department has a large library of fonts and can usually match the font in your artwork.

        GRAPHIC DESIGN

        Prices shown include preparation of a simple design using text only, or generating a proof using your supplied logo or design in an appropriate digital format. If a more complex design is required, layout is billed at $85 per hour or quoted on a per design basis.

        Production Time

        Production time is approximately 15-20 working days depending on quantity, number of imprint colors and availability of stock. Production does not begin until we have received approval of artwork proof and payment. Working days do not include weekends or holidays. Production time does not include shipping time. Production times shown are not guaranteed. Specific shipping dates must be confirmed with our Customer Service Department.
        Price and options are subject to change at any time.

        Cancellations

        There will be no cancellation charges if the order is canceled before the artwork is started. There will be a $25 charge if the order is canceled after the art has been completed. An order cannot be canceled if it has entered production.

        Coupons

        (if applicable) Coupons are not valid for all products. Please consult your dedicated account manager to confirm if your coupon can be applied to all (or part of) your order.

        Shipping
