Account Manager:

Position includes base salary, commission, bonus incentives, health insurance benefits, stock options, retirement plan, and other benefits. Our Account Managers can earn $40,000 - $80,000+/yr based on their performance.
This position does not require any cold-calling as all leads are generated by our aggressive marketing department. Our team is busy and they love what they do!
Ideal Candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills and should enjoy developing relationships with customers while providing guidance and expertise within the Business and Promotional Printing Universe.
Ideal candidates have experience in customer service and have a desire to be rewarded for skills in form of commission and sales achievement bonuses.
Responsibilities and Core Competencies: |
- Handle all aspects of an order, including answering initial inquiries, providing quotes, order entry into a PC based system, proof and final order approval, and customer follow-through after an order has been delivered.
- Develop a strong working relationship with clients through friendly service and follow-up.
- Communicate with manufacturing partners when samples, quotes and research requests are needed to place orders, track order status, and resolve problems.
- Responsible for meeting and maintaining performance plan/goals.

Key Traits: |
- Detail Oriented.
- A desire to work with time sensitive projects is a must.
- Experience with PC and Window’s based applications, and is able to adapt and learn new software quickly.
- Strong oral & written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Initiative/Follow-up skills.
- Understands the importance of negotiating within a competitive marketplace.
- Desire to achieve, excel and continuously improve.

Education/Skills/Experience: |
- Two (2) years sales/customer service experience preferred.
- Proven effective interpersonal skills.
