  • PLEASE NOTE: Flocking is a two step process. We first silk-screen the image on the mat using a special adhesive. Next, we spray electrostatically charged flock (small nylon fibers) into the adhesive creating a slightly raised image. The mat is then cured in a drying room where the logo becomes chemically bonded to the carpet.
  • With 28 standard flock colors and PMS matching capability, the color range is limitless
