PrintGlobe understands that change is inevitable. In the event that you do need to change or even cancel your order, we will strive to do our best to help you.

If your order is not in the production phase, there will be no additional charges or fees applied for canceling or changing your order.

If your order is in the pre-production phase, charges may apply for changing or canceling your order.

If your order is already in production, we cannot guarantee we can stop or change it. If production has already begun, you will be charged the original amount quoted for your order. We will however make every attempt to cease production in a manner which would save as much expense as possible. We will keep you notified of any charges that will be incurred in these instances.
