If for any reason you are not, please contact PrintGlobe's
customer support at 1-800-989-2181, Monday through Friday,
7:30 - 5:30 CST.
When you contact customer support, please have your order
number available. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.
If any problem arises, please call customer service immediately.
If necessary we will issue an RMA number (return material
authorization) and provide you with a special shipping
address.
To receive a full refund, a few things must happen. You
must return your purchase within 30 days of purchase.
Your purchase must be in new condition with original packaging
and accessories. Note: If your order is custom printed,
the printing or the product itself must be defective to
receive a full refund. If the product is misprinted, we
will reprint the order at no cost to ensure you are 100%
satisfied with your purchase.
If you are unhappy with the quality of the product itself,
not the printing quality, PrintGlobe cannot offer a reprint
or refund if you did not order a sample of the product
previous to placing your order.
Credit will be posted to your account or a refund issued
upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials.
Again, if your order is custom printed, a full refund
will not be given unless the order is defective and/or
misprinted.
