To Apply for a Credit Account
Please print, complete all required fields on both pages of the form and fax it to 512-454-6704.
PrintGlobe will extend credit to approved customers. A credit check will be performed based upon information submitted with your order profile, and an appropriate line of credit established. We will notify you when your account is approved, generally within 5-10 business days from when you submitted your order.
As a requirement to apply for credit terms with PrintGlobe,
we require that you pre-pay your first three orders to
establish a payment history with us. Once you have pre-paid
for three orders, you will be eligible and considered
for credit terms.
In the event that you do not meet our minimum credit requirements, there are other options available to you. Your Sales or Customer Service Representative will contact you to discuss those options.
The payment terms offered to your company will be tailored to your needs. Furthermore, it will be based on the information provided on the Credit Application and the responses of those entities listed on the application.
If you have an existing account, there are conditions under which your account may be placed on credit hold:
- If your account is over 30 days past due
- If a check is returned for Non Sufficient Funds
- In the event of a debt being turned over to third party collections
- If the combined amount of multiple orders exceeds your approved credit limit
Terms and Conditions
A copy of each invoice is rendered each time a charge purchase is made. Invoices are due within the time frame offered by PrintGlobe as a condition for having an account. Accounts which are not kept current will incur a monthly service charge of 1.5% of the past due balance. As an inducement and requirement for the extension of credit pursuant to this application, the undersigned individually and unconditionally guarantees prompt payment of all indebtedness of the business entity named hereon. Should this account be referred to an outside agency or attorney for collection, the undersigned agrees to pay all attorneys fees and other cost incurred by PrintGlobe as a result. The place of venue for any and all collection activity shall be in Austin, Travis County, Texas, according to the laws of the State of Texas. I hereby authorize the above named credit references to furnish credit information to PrintGlobe for the purposes of processing this application, and I agree that these firms or institutions and/or individuals connected with them shall not be liable for any claim or damages as a result of furnishing the requested credit information.
