PrintGlobe and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, PrintGlobe does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. PrintGlobe encourages its customers to order samples of any product that may be ordered to insure complete satisfaction. PrintGlobe reserves the right to change pricing and offer a new estimate for any product, at any time, during the estimating and ordering process.

PRODUCT and PRINTING QUALITY
PrintGlobe stands behind the quality of our products and wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not, please contact PrintGlobe's customer support at , Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 5:30 CST.

When you contact customer support, please have your order number available. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. If any problem arises, please call customer service immediately.

If your order is custom printed, the product or the printing on the product must be defective or incorrect to receive a full refund. In some instances, a partial refund may be offered depending on the circumstances of a mistake and the impact of the customer’s actions on the undesired outcome.

If you are unhappy with the quality of the product itself, not the printing quality, PrintGlobe cannot offer a reprint or refund if you did not order a sample of the product prior to placing your order.

If you are granted a full refund, you must also return your purchase within 30 days of purchase. Your purchase must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

SHIPPING COSTS
PrintGlobe and its manufacturers use 3rd party shipping carriers and will charge the customer all related shipping and handling fees necessary to fulfill the final product per agreed timeframes. PrintGlobe does not provide shipping estimates up front when quoting print projects, unless requested by the customer. The customer is solely responsible for paying for all shipping costs related to orders placed with PrintGlobe. PrintGlobe will not offer discounts or refunds of shipping charges, so long as the PrintGlobe received approval for using a particular shipping method (ground vs overnight vs 3 day) and a shipping destination. The customer must request a shipping estimate up front in order to have recourse to dispute final shipping charges, should those charges exceed the estimate given for shipping.

PrintGlobe reserves the right to charge up to 15% more for shipping, above and beyond the estimated amount given by a Customer Service Representative, due to daily changes in freight surcharges.

CHECK RETURNS
In all cases where we have a check returned for Non Sufficient Funds we will assess a $50.00 fee.

NET 30 TERMS
If you are issued credit and you are late paying your invoice, a 1.5% finance charge or the maximum permitted by law may be assessed against all accounts with past due balances. You agree to pay all the company's reasonable attorney's fees and all collection agency fees incurred in the collection of any amount owed there under and not paid when due.

SHIPPING DELAYS
Customer agrees that it will not hold PrintGlobe accountable for delays in delivery occasioned by acts of God or other circumstances over which we have no direct control. Factory shipment or delivery dates are the best estimates of our suppliers, and in no case shall PrintGlobe be liable for any consequential or special damages arising from any delay in delivery.

SALES TAX
PrintGlobe is required by law to collect all applicable sales taxes for the state, counties and cities of Texas. Companies, individuals and organizations who are exempt from sales tax should provide us with their resale certificate by fax to 512-454-6704.

SITE PRICING
We reserve the right to change prices on the site at anytime. While we make best efforts to keep our site up to date, from time to time actual market conditions may change the price of a product.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting PrintGlobe, you agree that the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and PrintGlobe or its affiliates.
