Whether you are flying to a trade show and need a color proof shipped to your hotel room - or you have internet access, and can take advantage of our FREE web based proofing options. We have a solution that will accommodate your business needs.
To insure accurate production of your order, we require that a proof for every item ordered MUST BE APPROVED before production begins.
Below is our Proofing Made Easy options and pricing.
Simply indicate in the appropriate place when you order how you would prefer to receive proofing.
- PDF proof - FREE
This is our recommended proof format due to the increased functionality .pdf format offers our customers. Acrobat Reader 5.0 is Free and can be downloaded here.
- JPG proof - FREE
Also an economical and convenient method to send and receive proofs but limited due to the lack of ease for customer in enlarging or shrinking proof to enhance type or graphic readability.
- FAX proof - $10.00
You give us a fax # and tell us when and whom to send it to and we'll get
it there! If we need to call before we send your fax, we can accommodate you.
- Color laser proof - $25.00 (Includes Shipping Fees)
Our high resolution color laser proofs can be shipped priority overnight anywhere you wish if you need to make sure a proof

Note:
- Multiple reproofs may result in additional charges
- One set of color proofs are included in the cost of most full color products.
- All proofing options represent artwork mock ups only - these are not actual imprinted samples.
