I contacted your company earlier this week to inquire
about a potential order for an event being planned
for the organization I work for. I located your company
via the internet and was very pleased with the art
work, fan designs and reasonable costs provided by
Print Globe. I did not have any prior experience with
your company nor had I received any referrals. Therefore
my call was to pretty much get information about your
products. Kyle, who took my call, was very friendly
and knowledgeable about the merchandise produced by
Print Globe. He seemed very proud and confident of
the quality of the products as well. It was due to
Kyle that I placed an order with your company. His
customer service skills were very personable and attentive.
He made it his priority to go a step beyond standard
customer service. I informed my co-workers of his
first-rate job and they too were very impressed.
Kyle worked very hard to meet our requests. I am very
appreciative of his efforts. He made the plans of
providing fans to the attendants of our organizational
event fun, easy, tasteful and more importantly he
made it happen on our schedule.

"I'm writing to praise you. I received my pocket folders today, as promised, and they look wonderful! As a former art director at a big Houston agency, I was a little skeptical about using the internet for traditional print services, but your prices were so reasonable, and your product was available in small quantities, I figured I could take a chance. Not to worry. When I called for a little more information while ordering, Alan Goldstein helped me decide about paper, color and even told me to leave off the physical address since our office was moving soon, so they'd not need to be reprinted! He was very knowledgeable about printing, pms colors, and paper.
The folders were on our doorstep this morning, and perfect. I placed our materials into the pocket, and our business cards into the slits, and walked over to show them to the head of professional services. He said "Looks great."
